I'm Sue Mead and I came to your session in Holborn just after Easter. You tried to send me some files but they didn't work. Any chance you could do so at some stage. I've now joined this ning and think its an excellent idea.
Am off to Namibia on World Challenge on the 15th July but will se what possibilities there are out there for case stuudies.
regards
Sue
I will need to improve my knowledge of NING formatting first, but will have a go...
I attended the weekend conference at the end of April. Thanks for your session, it was really useful. However, i have a few things i need to ask you about. They are mainly to do with the old spec i'm afraid. We are a new centre and are doing the A2 course for the first time this year. I am confused about the Global Futures coursework deadline. I can't find any information about it anywhere (i.e. when it must be with the moderator). I have been sent a sheet that looks a little like an OPTEMS form but it says for the invigilator to sign it. Do the students take the work along to their exam? If you could help that would be great.
Also, at the conference you showed a slide with guidance on planning an essay (by annotating the question). But this was missing from the file I saved on my memory stick. It was very useful, is there any way i could get hold of a copy?
Many thanks
Denise (Oaks Park High School).
